Delivery Conditions
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies between 1-5 business days depending on your region. International shipments take 5-15 business days.
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is determined based on the order amount and delivery region. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.
Return Conditions
You may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Return Procedure
Please contact us to initiate a return. Products must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer; however, shipping costs for defective products are covered by our company.
Exchange Conditions
For product exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
Custom-cut fiber optic cables and specially manufactured products cannot be returned.
Refund
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. For credit card payments, the refund may take 1-3 billing cycles depending on the bank.
