Buyer Information
The name, surname, address, phone and email information provided by the person accepting the agreement during the order process.
2. Subject of Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
3. Product Information
The basic features and sales price of the products are specified on the relevant product page on the website.
4. Payment Method
The Buyer may pay the order amount by credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or cash on delivery. Credit card payments are processed securely via iyzico.
5. Delivery Conditions
The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order form, not exceeding the legal 30-day period after order confirmation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
7. Products Excluded from Withdrawal
Products cut or sized according to the consumer's specific requests (such as cut fiber optic cables) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. General Provisions
This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
